What is Soft Play?
Soft play rental provides a safe and interactive space for children. Featuring ball pits, soft foam climbers, and blocks, these areas are designed for exploration and fun. We ensure each space is sanitized before every rental, so your kids can play in a clean environment.
Do you set up outdoors?
Absolutely! Soft play spaces are wonderfully versatile and can be set up both indoors and outdoors. We do ask that the equipment is placed in a shaded, dry, level area that’s free of debris. If the grass is too high, additional fees may be added for extra layering of mats. If rain is in the forecast, we won’t set up outside and recommend having an indoor backup plan just in case.
Do you offer a pick up option?
We do! Just for the smaller sets. You will recieve an additional 15% off!
How Do I reserve a date?
To request a play set, simply fill out our booking request form.
After that, I’ll get in touch to confirm availability for your chosen date. It’s best to reach out as soon as you have a date in mind—6 to 8 weeks in advance is recommended, but don’t hesitate to inquire even if your event is coming up soon.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which will go towards your total.

What areas do you serve?
Imagination Mobile Play primarily serves Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Round Rock, and nearby areas such as Kyle, Buda, and Cedar Park. Contact us to find out if we can deliver to your location; delivery fees may apply.
what happens if i need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, I'm more than happy to help find a time that works for both of us! I understand that life can be unpredictable. Just a reminder, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you're planning an outdoor event, I also recommend having a backup plan in place that can accommodate the set you’ve requested.
WHAT is the delievery fee based on?
Delivery is based on distance, travel time, and size of set.
What form of payment do we accept?
We accept Card (credit and debit), Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Prepaid cards and/or giftcards are not applicable.
